History

Negri Sembilan Oil Palms Berhad (‘NSOP’) was incorporated as a limited company in Malaysia under the Companies Enactment 1917 on 30 March 1928 under the name of Negri Sembilan Oil Palms Limited.
 

On 6 August 1968, it was converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name. NSOP was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 October 1969.

The present share capital of NSOP is RM74,537,802 comprising 70,201,962 ordinary stock units.
